Mercado Global is a Brooklyn based accessory bran and non-profit that empowers rural Latin American women to become entrepreneurs. Mercado Global combines a modern aesthetic with traditional Mayan craftsmanship. Each bag is won by indigenous women artist in the highlands of rural Guatemala.
